Anderson Students Donate $1000 for Sandy Relief

On Tuesday, January 29, students at Anderson School presented a check for $1,000 to a representative of the American Red Cross to help the victims of Hurricane Sandy.  The initiative began with Anderson’s 5th grade students and became a seven-week fundraising effort involving the entire school.  The original goal was to raise $500 but through their hard work, the students surpassed that goal rather easily.
