Transition Information

Recently the St. Charles Community Unit School District 303 School Board approved revised elementary school attendance boundaries that will go into effect for the 2018-19 school year.

Students affected by the attendance boundary changes will visit their new elementary school on Tuesday, May 8, 2018. Busses will transport students from their current school to their new school for a portion of the school day. They will have an opportunity to see the school and meet some staff members and students. These types of visits have been very successful in the past in helping students feel comfortable with their new school.

In addition, there will be a meeting held for parents and guardians on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 from 6:30pm-7:30pm at their student’s new school. At this meeting you will be able to meet some of the staff members, learn about the school community, and tour the school. Detailed information will be coming later regarding both of these events.

Please know that all elementary schools in District 303 share the same curriculum, instructional resources, support services, and lunch program. You can be assured students will receive the same quality of programming at all of our Community Unit School District 303 elementary schools.
