Home Access Center is Closed for Annual Summer Maintenance
Information for Registration (phone number, email addresses, FERPA selections) can be reviewed and corrected when HAC reopens in August.
At this time, schedule and class assignment information is not final.
Class Assignments for elementary students will be available on Home Access Center beginning on Monday, August 10th at 8:00 a.m.
Student schedules for middle school students will be available on Home Access Center beginning in mid-August.
Student schedules for high school students will be available to the students when they go to their materials pick-up day. High School student schedules will be posted in HAC on the first day of classes.
Any information obtained prior to those times is not finalized and subject to change.
Welcome to the Home Access Center, District 303's tool for efficient and timely communication with parents about their children. The Home Access Center (HAC) offers parents the ability to view a daily summary, attendance information, student schedule, and more all in a password protected environment.
To create an account, you must have a current and valid e-mail address on file with your child's school. As you create your account, here's the most important thing to know:
- When you fill in the field with the name of your city, the city names MUST be entered abbreviated, without punctuation, and must be entered as follows: St Charles, S Elgin, W Chicago.
- You will be registering with your information, not your student's information. This way you will gain access to all students you are the parent/guardian of. Students can have their own logins to get to their own information.
Parents can now change their phone numbers and email address on HAC in the Registration area.
New - D303 Student transportation information is now posted in the Home Access Center.
Login, and from your student record, click on the "Registration" menu item on the left.
You can only change your own information and your student's information. You cannot change the information regarding emergency contacts however, as they could be linked to other students in the district.
Please do not remove your Home/Primary number on yourself or your student.
Why do we need your Home/Primary phone number?
- Your phone numbers are used for the Parentlink calling system for emergency information regarding your students, school closings, or absence information
- If you are the emergency contact for other students, there is no longer a way to contact you in case of emergency for these students either

*Icons replace left menu in HAC. HAC now features icons at the top of the screen with links to the options formerly located in a menu along the left side of the window. To access a page, click the corresponding icon at the top of the page. Once on a page, tabs allow for further navigation within the specific area.
