Connections Transition Program

Students recommended for the Connections Transition Program engage in flexible scheduling that allows students to pursue college and/or competitive paid employment. Students may elect to take community college courses and/or maintain competitive paid employment, as attained by the student, while enrolled in Connections. Frequent community-outings and work experience training experiences promote the development of employment, social, recreation and leisure, and independent living skills.
