About Synergy ParentVUE

ParentVUE is the secure parent portal where you can view your student’s report cards, attendance, schedules, assignments/tests, and complete online registration. Alerts and emergency communications are sent to the contact information provided in ParentVUE through our ParentLink system.

Enable Text Messages
To receive timely emergency communications, we strongly encourage families to enable text notifications. For most people, this is the fastest way to receive and view important messages.

View/Edit Notification Preferences
District 303 will send notifications to families through the ParentLink system by text message, phone call and email based on your settings. Parents/guardians can view and edit their contact settings through ParentVUE.

  • From the ParentVUE main page, click on the My Account tab.
  • After making the changes, select the Update Account button.

Users can only update their child(s) and personal contact information. You will not be able to make changes to another parent/guardian's contact information.

Do I need additional logins for multiple students?

Each parent will only have one login, and it will show all of the students you have in the district. If you do not see all of your children listed when you login to the system, please contact the school of the child who is not listed, so they can adjust the information in the system.

How do I reset my password?

A parent can log into ParentVUE and change their own password in the upper right hand corner of the screen, by selecting the My Account tab and then the Change Password link.

If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password link on the ParentVUE login page to reset your password.

If you're still having issues, please contact students school, and they can assist with resetting your password.

What do these grade letters mean on the assignments?

  • L = Late
  • C = Complete
  • I = Incomplete
  • E = Excused
  • M = Medical

Who do I contact about incorrect information?

If it is information regarding your students’ demographic information, please contact the school that your child attends.
