Community Use Facility Reservations

District 303 is proud of the partnerships we have with community organizations and our ability to support their events, programs, meetings, and sports activities by opening our schools during the school year and in the summer.

District 303 facilities are not available for private use rental purposes (e.g., birthday parties, weddings, baby showers). Facility reservations are available to community organizations/partners only.

Facility Rental Information

School facilities are available to community organizations during non-school hours if:

  • Use does not interfere with any school function
  • Use does not affect the safety of students or employees
  • Use does not affect the property or liability of District 303.

The use of school facilities for school purposes has precedence over all other uses. The District reserves the right to cancel previously scheduled use of facilities by community organizations and other groups. On inclement weather days/holidays, rentals may be cancelled.

Student groups, school-related organizations, government agencies, and non-profit organizations are granted the use of school facilities at no cost during regularly staffed hours. Fees and costs shall apply during non-regularly staffed hours and to other organizations granted use of facilities at any time. Non-regularly staffed hours will be assigned appropriate staff as deemed necessary by the district and will incur an hourly custodian rate. Events on the weekends/holidays have minimum hours for use of spaces and custodians.

A Certificate of Insurance is required for any outside organization looking to rent our facilities.
Non-profit organizations will also need to provide documentation proof of their non-profit status, e.g. a 501(c)(3) determination letter.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to review your request.
We ask that your requests be made at least 2 weeks in advance of your event. Depending on the needs of the event and our schools, reviews may take longer than 2 weeks.

Rate Schedule

Rate Schedule is subject to change Fall of 2024. Reservation requests will be subject to these rate modifications

Certificate of Insurance must be up-to-date

Your reservation request will not go through if your certificate of insurance expires before your event. When uploading a new certificate of insurance, your group will go through approval again before you can make future requests. Please see Instructions for certificate of insurance requirements in the below attachments.
