Related Services

D303 is committed to connecting students with highly qualified professionals across specialty areas to ensure full access to their education. Related services are provided to students with identified special education needs as determined by their Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams, who assess the specific services and supports each student requires to benefit from their education.

Related services are identified by the IEP team and documented in the student's IEP to help students make progress toward their annual goals, advance in the general education curriculum, participate in extracurricular and non-academic activities, and engage meaningfully with peers.

Beyond individual student support, our related services professionals collaborate with building-level teams to provide individualized problem-solving assistance and may deliver intervention services through D303's Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), as determined by the problem-solving team.
