RESIDENCY VERIFICATION PROCESS

District 303 uses the CLEAR public database as a residency-verification system to ensure students live within district boundaries. Using CLEAR helps protect public resources and address concerns about non-resident enrollment. CLEAR uses secure public records—such as utility data and property ownership—to confirm addresses. If your residency is unable to be verified through CLEAR, you will be notified by the district to submit documentation that establishes proof of residency.

Required Information

Visit the Health Services page for information regarding grade level health requirements for returning students. Required health exams and immunizations are due to your school nurse by August 11.

All students and parents must review the Required Notices and Important Information.

Early Bird Discount

Save $10 on annual registration fees and save 10% on Community Preschool and All Day Kindergarten program fees by paying in full, online by July 31.

Pay online through PushCoin via credit or debit card (subject to a 2.79% credit card fee) or your savings/checking account (no fee).
