In-Person and Virtual Meetings
District 303 is exploring boundary changes for implementation beginning with the 2024-2025 school year to address urgent overcrowding concerns in our schools. This process is a continuation of Facility Master Plan efforts to ensure each student is provided with a safe, equitable and effective academic and
social-emotional experience. Changes to the boundary lines will impact each school to varying degrees. This page outlines the stages of the boundary process, provides resources on key discussions, recommendations and actions, and details engagement opportunities for stakeholders and will be routinely updated.
The purpose of these meetings is to inform staff, families, and community members of the boundary scenarios created by our demographer, RSP & Associates. Both sessions will cover the same material, offering a comprehensive overview of the steps leading to proposed concepts, accompanied by a presentation of the data, guiding principles and prioritized boundary criteria.
We want to ensure everyone has the opportunity to view the scenarios and take the survey. Please note you do not need to attend in person in order to receive access to all the information. Should you choose to attend virtually, you will still be able to view the boundary scenarios and receive a link to the survey.

Boundary changes are being made to address urgent overcrowding concerns in our schools. This process began last winter when District 303 contracted with a demographer, which found improper space utilization across our schools. It led to the creation of minimum space standards for each building, which aim to provide safer, more equitable and effective academic and social-emotional experiences. This has resulted in plans to repurpose three of our buildings and to make boundary changes, effective to begin the 2024-2025 school year.
