Classroom teachers will email families on or before the E-Learning Day, detailing how to access the D303 Early Childhood Haines Center At Home Learning Choice Board and how to sign in for attendance. If needed, any related service providers will provide separate materials to the classroom teacher to share with families.
Follow the outline and e-learning packet that was sent home by the classroom teacher.
- Complete assigned work and activities as directed by your teacher(s).
- Reach out to the classroom teacher for any clarifications via email.
- Complete attendance check-in (see below).
Attendance will be taken through a Google Form. Teachers will email a link to the form and provide parents with a QR code on the printed materials.
- AM Students: Check-In by 9:05
- PM Students: Check-In by noon

- Special education teachers, EL teachers, and related services providers will coordinate with your child’s classroom teacher to share information and resources specific to your child’s needs.
